At the top of the house there is access to the very considerable and valueable loft space. There is electric lighting here and also a feature window. The six bedrooms in the house are all doubles, the two principle bedrooms having fully tiled en suite bath/shower rooms with wash hand basin and toilet. All bedrooms have wood flooring and blinds to the windows. Four of the berooms lead onto balconies with views across the countryside to the Black Sea. In another direction across the fields the main Varna - Bourgas road is in view in the distance. Removing the central wall will open up an enormous lounge with access to two verandahs. There are large utility rooms for washing machines, dishwashers etc. The front garden is laid to lawn with young trees now establishing. There is ample room here for a swimming pool. The remainder of the land is designed for the easy access and exit of cars which drive in one gate go around the house and exit by the other gate. The facility is comfortable for six cars.
